KETO CHAMPORADO

ingredients 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp sweeteners
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream 
  • 10 grams chocolate sweetened by stevia

procedure

  1. in a pot put 1 cup almond milk 
  2. turn on gas in medium low fire
  3. add all the dry ingredients and mix everything until well combine
  4. continue stirring it for 4-5 mins
  5. remove in fire
  6. transfer into bowl
  7. put some heavy cream in the top of the champorado
  8. I also add chocolate sweetened by stevia
  9. enjoy
