KETO STRAWBERRY CAKE USING COCONUT FLOUR

Ingredients
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Add more 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp xantham gum
- Toppings
- Fresh strawberry 🍓
- Powdered sweeteners or keto version of honey or maple syrup
procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in mixing bowl whisk the butter and add the sweeteners whisk until lightened the color
- then add the eggs ,coconut milk and vanilla extract wihisk until well combine
- using a strainer put all the dry ingredients and sift it
- whisk the wet and dry ingredients until well combine
- get a baking ban and grease it well
- put the cake batter and flattened it
- bake at 180c for 30mins
- lets it cool and remove it from the pan
- put fresh strawberry on the top of it and top with powdered sweeteners
- add maple or any syrup when you serve it
- enjoy
