KETO SHAKSHUKA

Ingredients

  • 10 -20 grams sated butter
  • 20grams onions
  • 50 grams mushroom
  • 30 grams red bell pepper
  • Salt AND Pepper
  • half tsp paprika
  • half tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Egg
  • Cheddar Cheese

Procedure

  1. in a small pan put butter or any keto approve oil then saute all the ingredients ,onions,mushrooms, and bell pepper
  2. season it with paprika, cumin salt and pepper
  3. add water and let it simmer of couple a minute
  4. add the egg
  5. garnish it with cheddar cheese
  6. enjoy
