KETO COFFEE BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients 
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch OF salt
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners
  • Optional sugar Free caramel syrup

Procedure

  1. in mixing  bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix until well combine
  2. then add the dry ingredients use a sifter to make more fine
  3. combine the wet and dry ingredients until well combine
  4. get you silicon bundt cake pan and slightly grease it
  5. pour the cake batter and flattened it
  6. bake at 180c for 30mins
  7. let it cool complete before removing the cake 
  8. pour keto version of caramel or any syrup 
  9. enjoy
