KETO COFFEE BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients
- 5 large Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch OF salt
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- Optional sugar Free caramel syrup
Procedure
- in mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix until well combine
- then add the dry ingredients use a sifter to make more fine
- combine the wet and dry ingredients until well combine
- get you silicon bundt cake pan and slightly grease it
- pour the cake batter and flattened it
- bake at 180c for 30mins
- let it cool complete before removing the cake
- pour keto version of caramel or any syrup
- enjoy
