KETO FISH CAKE USING TILAPIA

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams tilapia fillet
- 2tsp pesto paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp chickpea powder
- 2 large eggs
PROCEDURE
- we need a food processor put all the ingredients and start to mix it in 1-2 mins or until the ingredients are fully combine
- if we achieve the right consistency transfer it into a clean bowl
- turn on gas in medium low fire put a frying pan add any keto approve oil..im using coconut oil
- if the oil is ready get a one scoop of the fish mixture mold into flat circle and start frying it in the hot oil
- fry it until golden brown
- enjoy it with mayonnaise or any keto approve dressing
note good for 3 Servings
