CHICKEN ASADO
Ingredients
Sauce- 1 tbsp SPICY paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp anise
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sweeteners
- 2 tbsp non GMO soy sauce or coco aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame Oil
- 1kg chicken cut it
- 4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tomato dice
- half onion dice
- 50 grams salted butter
- scallions
PROCEDURE
- wash and clean you chicken and cut it according to you and set aside
- lets make the sauce in mixing bowl mix all the ingredients of the sauce and set side
- im using a wok lets fried the chicken then add the grated ginger and sauté it cover for 5-10mins medium fire
- add the dice tomato and onions and cover for another 10mins
- lets add the sauce and mix it to the chicken cover for another 10mins
- remove the cover and simmer until the sauce is thickened
- garnish it with scallions
- enjoy
