KETO PUMPKIN BREAD USING COCONUT FLOUR

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 1 tsp pumpkin Spice
- 1/4 Cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
Procedure
- pre heat oven at 180c
- in. mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients in room temperature and mix until well combine
- Put all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix until well corporate
- prepare a baking pan 7x3 grease it with butter
- pour the batter and flattened it
- bake at 180c for 35mins
- lets make simple glaze in another bowl put 2-3 tbsp powder sweeteners and 1 tbsp coconut milk ..mix it until well combine
- get you pumpkin bread and pour all over the top
- enjoy
