KETO PUMPKIN BREAD USING COCONUT FLOUR

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners
  • 1 tsp pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
Procedure

  1. pre heat oven at 180c
  2. in. mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients in room temperature and mix until well combine
  3. Put all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix until well corporate
  4. prepare a baking pan 7x3 grease it with butter
  5. pour the batter and flattened it
  6. bake at 180c for 35mins
  7. lets make simple glaze in another bowl put 2-3 tbsp powder sweeteners and 1 tbsp coconut milk ..mix it until well combine
  8. get you pumpkin bread and pour all over the top
  9. enjoy
