PAN SEARED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1kg boneless Chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp coco aminos or non GMO soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp smoke paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetener

PROCEDURE

  1. wash and clean you boneless chicken thigh and cut it according to you
  2. put the chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix it well until the chicken is fully coated cover it and let marinated it for 1hr and put in the cooler
  3. heat a pan in medium fire add salted butter and let it the butter become golden or brown then start to put the chicken and seared it until golden brown it take 10-15mins each side
  4. enjoy it with slice cucumber and tomato
