KETO COFFEE BUN USING COCONUT FLOUR

ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 3 large eggs
- 50 grams melted butter
- 180 grams sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coffee mixture
- 1-2 tbsp instant coffee add more if you like more coffee flavor
- 1/4 cup sweeteners or Allulose
- 1 and half tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 30 grams melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
procedure
- preheat oven @ 180c
- in a mixing bowl sift all the dry ingredients and add the sweeteners and mix it
- add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients combine it well until become dough like set aside
- in a another small mixing bowl lets make the coffee toppings put all the ingredients and combine it well
- prepare a baking pan with parchment paper
- get the dough divided it and mold each dough into circle and put in the baking pan
- pour the coffee mixture into the piping bag and start to squeeze in into the top of each dough
- baked it @ 180c for 35mins
- enjoy it while its hot
