COCONUT BAR CAKE | LOW CARB | GLUTEN FREE

Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- Pinch OF salt
- 2 cups desicatted Coconut unsweetened
- 1 Cup KETO Condensed milk
- optional topping for unsweetened chocolate
procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in a mixing bowl put the eggs and beat it
- add pinch of salt
- put the desiccated coconut and mix it well
- add the keto condensed milk and mix until well combine
- pour the cake batter in a baking pan with parchment paper flattened it
- bake at 180c for 35mins or until golden brown in the top
- let it cool completely and garnish it with melted chocolate
- enjoy
