COCONUT BAR CAKE | LOW CARB | GLUTEN FREE

Ingredients 

procedure
  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put the eggs and beat it
  3. add pinch of salt
  4. put the desiccated coconut and mix it well
  5. add the keto condensed milk and mix until well combine
  6. pour the cake batter in a baking pan with parchment paper flattened it
  7. bake at 180c for 35mins or until golden brown in the top
  8. let it cool completely and garnish it with melted chocolate
  9. enjoy
