AIR FRYER KETO BAGELS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoons cream cheese
  • cup almond flour additional 1 tbsp
  • 1  teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the shredded cheese and cream cheese, microwave until melted. Then add in the almond flour, baking powder, egg, and mix well.
  2. Separate your dough into 2 pieces. Then use your hands to shape into a bagel shape. Either make a long roll, attach the two sides, make a ball, and use your finger to make a hole in the center.
  3. put a parchment paper in the air fryer basket and then as you make your bagels, place them into the basket. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the bagels with egg garnish with any nuts or everything bagel Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius , air fryer setting for 7- 10 minutes, 
  4. Plate, serve, and enjoy
