HIGH protein mousse cake
Ingredients
- Lily’s chocolate sweetened by stevia
- 220 grams low fat cottage cheese
Procedure
- Dice the chocolate into small pcs. put in piping bag sealed and put in the hot water let it rest for 5mins to melt the chocolate
- Get the cottage cheese it should be in room temperature
- Pour the cottage cheese into a jar or blender then add the melted chocolate and blend them together until well combine
- The pour it back to the container of the cottage cheese or any jar you have cover and refrigerate until ready
- Enjoy
