High Protein chocolate mousse cake

HIGH protein mousse cake 


Ingredients 

  • Lily’s chocolate sweetened by stevia 
  • 220 grams low fat cottage cheese 

Procedure  

  1. Dice the chocolate into small pcs. put in piping bag sealed and put in the hot water let it rest for 5mins to melt the chocolate 
  2. Get the cottage cheese it should be in room temperature 
  3. Pour the cottage cheese into a jar or blender then add the melted chocolate and blend them together until well combine
  4. The pour it back to the container of the cottage cheese or any jar you have cover and refrigerate until ready
  5. Enjoy
