AIR FRYER FLOURLESS KETO BREAD
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
- 1 tbsp hot water
Instructions
- In a ramekin , put parmesan cheese and cream cheese, psyllium and baking powder mix it well (optional for sweetener)
- add the egg mix it well then last add the hot water mix until well combine
- Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius , air fryer setting for 15 minutes,
- Plate, serve, and enjoy
