AIR FRYER FLOURLESS KETO BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder 
  • 1/2  teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. In a ramekin , put parmesan cheese  and cream cheese, psyllium and baking powder mix it well (optional for sweetener)
  2. add the egg mix it well then last add the hot water mix until well combine
  3. Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius , air fryer setting for 15 minutes, 
  4. Plate, serve, and enjoy
