BONELESS CHICKEN MEAL


INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg boneless chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp coco aminos
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp smoke paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 1 tbsp sweeteners



Procedure

  1. slice the chicken into strips marinate for 1hr  first Put minced garlic and combine the spices ingredients and set aside 
  2. In another bowl put 2-3 cup non gmo soy sauce or coco aminos, 1 tbsp sweeteners,sesame oil, pepper and mix all ingredients 
  3. heat the wok and Add marinated chicken and stir fry it until golden brown
  4. add the sauce and mix it 
  5. Simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
  6. saute the onions set aside
  7. saute cabbage set aside
  8. Serve some scramble egg, tomato ,cucumber and onions or any low carb side dish
  9. ***optional to make the chicksilog
  10.   Just add fried egg and fried garlic Shirataki rice or cauliflower rice
