Stir-fried Bean sprouts with Minced meat Recipe

Ingredients:

- Bean Sprouts: 1 large bag (about 1 pound)
- Ground Meat: 1 pound ground pork or beef (or a mix)
- Green Bell Peppers: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Garlic: 2-3 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon, minced (optional)
- aminoSauce: 2-3 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
- Chili Garlic Sauce: 1-2 tablespoons (or to taste; adjust for desired spiciness)
- coconut Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and drain the bean sprouts thoroughly.  Thinly slice the green peppers. Mince the garlic and ginger.

2. Stir-fry the Meat:
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, breaking up any clumps.  Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add Aromatics:
Add the minced garlic and ginger (if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Add Vegetables:
Add the sliced green peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

5. Combine and Season:
Add the bean sprouts, amino sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the bean sprouts are tender-crisp and heated through.

6.Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately over shirataki rice or shirataki noodles (optional).

Tips and Variations:

- Protein:  You can substitute the ground meat with other proteins like chicken or shrimp.
- Vegetables: Add other vegetables like mushrooms, onions, or carrots.
- Spice: Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to control the spiciness.  You can also use other chili sauces or flakes.
- Garnish: Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.

Enjoy your delicious stir-fry!  Remember to adjust seasonings to your personal preferences
