NO BAKE KETO TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

 





Ingredients


First layer
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 250 grams  cream cheese 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 grams coconut flour
  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Knox
  • 3-4 low carb sweeteners ( truvia)
2nd layer
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 grams cream cheese 
  • 50 grams coconut flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 -2 tsp roasted black coffee
  • 1 tbsp Knox
  • 3-4 low carb sweeteners ( truvia)
3rd layer
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams coconut
  • 1 tbsp Knox
  • 3-4 low carb sweeteners ( truvia)

Chocolate ganache
60 grams 90% dark chocolate
300ml heavy cream

Procedure 

1 . make the first layer In a pan turn on gas on low fire put all the ingredients First layer Mix all the ingredients until well combined and simmer for 10mins then pour to the cake molder and refrigerate for 10-15mins 

2. The 2nd layer in the same pan put all the ingredients Mix all the ingredients until well combined then simmer for 10-15mins get the baking pan with the first layer and put the 2nd layer and let it cool for another 15mins in frezzer 

3. Make the 3 rd layer in the same pan 3rd layer mix all the ingredients Until well combined then pout to the baking pan with 1st and 2nd layer let it cool completely in freezer

4. In a bowl Melted Chocolate ganache

60 grams 90% dark chocolate
300ml heavy cream and pour all over the cake
