1 MINUTE KETO PB JELLY SANDWICH

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp keto peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp plain vinegar
Fillings
- 1 tbsp keto peanut butter
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam stevia sweetened
Procedure
- in a mixing bowl put the peanut butter and egg then combine it
- add almond milk ,baking powder mix then add the vinegar mix all the ingredients until well combine
- prepare a pyrex or any microwavable container slightly grease it
- then pour the peanut butter mixture
- microwave for 1 uptown2 mins
- let it cool before removingin the pyrex
- spread the peanut butterand strawberry jam and top to each other
- enjoy
Notes
-bake at 180c for 25mins
-steamed for 15mins
