1 MINUTE KETO PB JELLY SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp keto peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp plain vinegar 

Fillings

  • 1 tbsp keto peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam stevia sweetened

Procedure

  1. in a mixing bowl put the peanut butter and egg then combine it 
  2. add almond milk ,baking powder mix then add the vinegar mix all the ingredients until well combine
  3. prepare a pyrex or any microwavable container slightly grease it
  4. then pour the peanut butter mixture
  5. microwave for 1 uptown2 mins
  6. let it cool before removingin the pyrex
  7. spread the peanut butterand strawberry jam and top to each other
  8. enjoy

Notes

-bake at 180c for 25mins
-steamed for 15mins
