KETO GRILLED CHEESE SANDWISH

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup cheedar cheese less fat
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Procedure 

  1. preheat oven @180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the dry ingredients , flour, baking powder, sweeteners and pinch of salt
  3. in another bowl put the cheddar cheese and butter and melt it 
  4. get the dry ingredients and add the eggs and mix it 
  5. add the melted cheese and mix all the ingredients until well combine  
  6. prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes
  8. enjoy
