Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup cheedar cheese less fat
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Procedure
- preheat oven @180c
- in a mixing bowl put all the dry ingredients , flour, baking powder, sweeteners and pinch of salt
- in another bowl put the cheddar cheese and butter and melt it
- get the dry ingredients and add the eggs and mix it
- add the melted cheese and mix all the ingredients until well combine
- prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter
- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes
- enjoy
