5 MINUTES GREEK YOGURT LOAF CAKE

Ingredients
- 3 medium eggs
- 110 grams plain Greek yogurt non fat
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond flour
procedure
- in mixing bowl combine the egg and the yogurt add the lemon juice and melted butter
- add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient
- get a microwave safe container grease it and put the cake batter
- microwave for 5 up to 6mins or until it cook perfect
- lets it cool before removing it
- garnish it with powder sweeteners and enjoy
Notes
bake at 180c for 40mins
steamed for 25mins
good for 6 servings
