5 MINUTES GREEK YOGURT LOAF CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 110 grams plain Greek yogurt non fat
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour

procedure

  1. in mixing bowl combine the egg and the yogurt add the lemon juice and melted butter
  2. add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient
  3. get a microwave safe container grease it and put the cake batter
  4. microwave for 5 up to 6mins or until it cook perfect
  5. lets it cool before removing it
  6. garnish it with powder sweeteners and enjoy

Notes

bake at 180c for 40mins
steamed for 25mins
