KETO CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFINS 


Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs 
  • 180g plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/3 cup melted butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tbsp banana extract 
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/3 cup sweeteners
  • Unsweetened chocolate chips

Procedure 

  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix it well 
  3. add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
  4. prepare a baking muffin cup
  5. pour each batter in muffin. cup and top it
  6. top it with unsweetened chocolate chips
  7. bale at 180c for 30-35mins
  8. enjoy
