KETO CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 180g plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp banana extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sweeteners
- Unsweetened chocolate chips
Procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix it well
- add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
- prepare a baking muffin cup
- pour each batter in muffin. cup and top it
- top it with unsweetened chocolate chips
- bale at 180c for 30-35mins
- enjoy
