PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLE / LOW CARB

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Egg
  • 6-7 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sweeteners

Procedure

  1. in a mixer or blender put all the ingredients and blend it until smooth
  2. prepare the waffle maker and pour about 1/4 cup of the batter
  3. close the waffle and cook for 1 min
  4. remove the waffle and put in plate and enjoy it with any toppings or filling you like
