3MINS KETO SANDWICH


Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Procedure

  1. in a mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients
  2. add the dry ingredients and mix it well to the wet ingredients
  3. if it to dry add 1 tbsp of water
  4. grease a microwave safe square pan and pour the batter
  5. microwave for 2 mins and 30 sec.
  6. let it cool before you slice it
  7. I prefer to toast it until golden brown
  8. get the bread and spread cream cheese add slice tomato , onions, lettuce and put the 2nd bread...
  9. get a foil or kitchen paper and cover the sandwich 
  10. enjoy
for oven: bake at 180c for 30mins
