3MINS KETO SANDWICH
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Procedure
- in a mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients
- add the dry ingredients and mix it well to the wet ingredients
- if it to dry add 1 tbsp of water
- grease a microwave safe square pan and pour the batter
- microwave for 2 mins and 30 sec.
- let it cool before you slice it
- I prefer to toast it until golden brown
- get the bread and spread cream cheese add slice tomato , onions, lettuce and put the 2nd bread...
- get a foil or kitchen paper and cover the sandwich
- enjoy
for oven: bake at 180c for 30mins
only for the bread
