FLAX SEEDS BREAD IN 2MINS


Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp flax seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Procedure

  1. in a mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients
  2. add the dry ingredients and mix it well to the wet ingredients
  3. grease a microwave safe square pan and pour the batter
  4. microwave for 2 mins and 30 sec.
  5. let it cool before you slice it
  6. I prefer to toast it until golden brown
  7. get the bread and spread tuna add slice cucumber, tomato , lettuce and put the 2nd bread...
  8. get a foil or kitchen paper and cover the sandwich 
  9. enjoy
for oven: bake at 180c for 15-20mins
