FLAX SEEDS BREAD IN 2MINS
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp flax seed powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
Procedure
- in a mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients
- add the dry ingredients and mix it well to the wet ingredients
- grease a microwave safe square pan and pour the batter
- microwave for 2 mins and 30 sec.
- let it cool before you slice it
- I prefer to toast it until golden brown
- get the bread and spread tuna add slice cucumber, tomato , lettuce and put the 2nd bread...
- get a foil or kitchen paper and cover the sandwich
- enjoy
for oven: bake at 180c for 15-20mins
only for the bread
