low calorie lemon pound cake

Make 10 servings Net Carbs 2g

Ingredients

  • 20 grams melted butter
  • 180 grams Greek yugurt
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour

Procedure

  1. pre heat oven at 180c
  2. in. mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients in room temperature and mix until well combine
  3. Put all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix until well corporate
  4. prepare a baking pan 7x3 grease it with butter
  5. pour the batter and flattened it
  6. bake at 180c for 35mins
  7. garnish it with powder sweeteners or make a lemon glaze using powder sweeteners
  8. enjoy
