PROTEIN CHOCOLATE BAR KET AND LOW CARB


INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup mix nuts crashed 5oz
  • 2 spoon no added sugar peanut butter
  • 100 grams dark chocolate or unsweetened 

PROCEDURE

  1. crashed any nuts you prefer I used walnuts ,almonds, hazel nuts set aside
  2. slice the dark chocolate into small pieces set aside
  3. in a pot put the crashed nuts add the peanut butter and the chocolate
  4. turn on in low fire and mix all the ingredients until the all nuts are covered with the chocolate
  5. lets Ito cool for 1-2mins
  6. get a container line it with parchment paper or plastic wrapper
  7. pour the chocolate nuts and equally flattened it
  8. let it cool or completely 
  9. heat the knife to slice the chocolate nuts into square
  10. enjoy
