PROTEIN CHOCOLATE BAR KET AND LOW CARB
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mix nuts crashed 5oz
- 2 spoon no added sugar peanut butter
- 100 grams dark chocolate or unsweetened
PROCEDURE
- crashed any nuts you prefer I used walnuts ,almonds, hazel nuts set aside
- slice the dark chocolate into small pieces set aside
- in a pot put the crashed nuts add the peanut butter and the chocolate
- turn on in low fire and mix all the ingredients until the all nuts are covered with the chocolate
- lets Ito cool for 1-2mins
- get a container line it with parchment paper or plastic wrapper
- pour the chocolate nuts and equally flattened it
- let it cool or completely
- heat the knife to slice the chocolate nuts into square
- enjoy
